Please contact us via email to notify us in the unlikely event that we have made a mistake filling your order. Rest assured, we will take necessary action to correct any error in a timely fashion. This will be accomplished without further cost to you.
If you have made a mistake placing your order
Please contact us immediately via email to notify us of any mistake that you may have made while placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to attempt to make corrections for you. If the correction leads to an increase (or decrease) in cost, then we will make that arrangement with you on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, please review the policies below.
What items can be returned or exchanged
Within the first 60 days after delivery, almost any item can be returned or exchanged, and must be in it's original unused condition. The exception is with completely customizable clothing, t-shirts with customer-chosen slogans or names, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Many articles of clothing are custom made to order, in order to provide customers with a huge variety of style, size, color, and design combinations. The chance of reselling an identical combination is very low, making returned clothing problematic. Since your satisfaction is very important to us, we are willing to accept returns and exchanges with the restocking fees outlined below.
How (and how much) credit for returns will occur
- Restock Fees
- In most cases we are able to waive restocking fees for items marked "In Stock and Shipping Now"
- Clearance items, special promotion products/deals, and fully customized items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
- Clothing items that are not marked "In-stock and Shipping Now" can be returned or exchanged with a 25% restocking fee.
- All other items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Retun Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping, and re-shipping (in the case of exchanges).
- Under no circumstances will the initial shipping cost be returned.
Return and exchange procedure
If you are looking to exchange an item from your order (that qualifies to be returned/exchanged), your "replacement" order would need to be placed on the site (like a normal order) so that it can start being compiled and shipped to you. You will be charged normally for this order and the shipping on it. You can do this immediately, if you wish to expedite your exchange, but the value of the returned items will still only be issued as a gift certificate once we receive the return, and the credit cannot be used toward prior orders. The item to be exchanged needs to be sent back to us, and it will be treated as a "return" (see below).
Returned items will be credited to you in the form of a MissionalWear.com electronic gift certificate within 7 days of our receipt of the returned package. This type of return can be done by the original purchaser, or a gift recipient if need be. The gift certificate will be delivered by e-mail to the person returning the item(s). The re-stocking fees outlined above and shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount before reimbursement. All returned items should be sent to:

We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use delivery confirmation and/or insurance if you are concerned with the value of the package or its guaranteed delivery. Once your return has been processed, a gift credit will be issued, minus any applicable restocking fees.
