If you have made a mistake placing your order
If you made a mistake with your order, please email us right away. We’ll adjust it if processing hasn’t begun, with any cost changes handled individually. If your order has already shipped, see the policies below.
What items can be returned or exchanged
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Custom clothing or shirts with personalized text cannot be returned. Because many garments are made to order, returns are limited, but we gladly accept them subject to the restocking fees below.
How (and how much) credit for returns will occur
Restock Fees
- In most cases we are able to waive restocking fees for items marked "In Stock and Shipping Now"
- Clearance items, special promotion products/deals, and fully customized items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
- Clothing items that are not marked "In-stock and Shipping Now" can be returned or exchanged with a 25% restocking fee.
- All other items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
- Customers cover return and exchange shipping. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers may request a return label, and the cost—typically lower than retail postal rates—will be deducted from the refund.
Return and exchange procedure
If you are looking to exchange an item from your order (that qualifies to be returned/exchanged), your "replacement" order would need to be placed on the site (like a normal order) so that it can start being compiled and shipped to you. You will be charged normally for this order and the shipping on it. You can do this immediately, if you wish to expedite your exchange, but the value of the returned items will still only be issued as a gift certificate once we receive the return, and the credit cannot be used toward prior orders. The item to be exchanged needs to be sent back to us, and it will be treated as a "return" (see below).
Returned items will be credited to you in the form of a MissionalWear.com electronic gift certificate within 7 days of our receipt of the returned package. This type of return can be done by the original purchaser, or a gift recipient if need be. The gift certificate will be delivered by e-mail to the person returning the item(s). The re-stocking fees outlined above and shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount before reimbursement. All returned items should be sent to:

We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use delivery confirmation and/or insurance if you are concerned with the value of the package or its guaranteed delivery. Once your return has been processed, a gift credit will be issued, minus any applicable restocking fees.
